The purpose of this drawing was to help my imagination become broader, My drawings usually are made to fulfill my satisfaction as an artist. This was made April 9th, 2025, and was created at my house.This drawing was very alluring to me. I found it attractive, probably because of my own taste in art stle. I created this for my final project during the 1st semester. Although I didn't really do great oin the shading I still got a good grade👍, created in janurary, in my art class I drew this because I was listening to music and I made this based off of the vibe was giving off. I spent a lot of time trying to get her dress as dark as I could get. Made April 25th, 2025 This was a character I tried drawing back in 2024. This was a character from Baudler's gate, The name of the character is evelyn. She was my favorite character from the game. Made In march 29th, 2024. I drew this character slicking part of her hair back. I don’t have a title for this artwork. I used cross hatching lines to represent the depth underneath the bandages. The character’s pose because it was something new for me and used a similar reference to help draw the pose.
I created this character because she looked similar to a character I read in a novel. It was one of my favorite novels. I first sketch the idea, and put it onto a piece of paper slightly different than normal. But I used the grid technique to enlarge the image, right after I had sketched all the shapes I went back and redefined her most featured parts. Once that was finished I went in and started shading. After getting all my lights and darks, I went back in one last time and made all her lines darker, to give her a pop.
I like reading loads of novels, and watching recaps on novels I found interesting that I haven’t heard before. I was captivated by my desire to draw something I was deeply interested in and passionate about. Something about my artwork satisfies me, I hope to capture any of my feelings and let it all out on paper.
My goal for this artwork was to practice more of my shading and patience. Shading takes a long time, but in exchange it makes the artwork more beautiful, and also hone my art skills.
I really enjoyed my time making this artwork because it was something I felt like it needed to be drawn. I felt super confident in my artwork, because it really satisfied me. Created in my art class, May 14th, 2025
